  19. you cant order the rom upgrade as of yet on the web site. two order
  20. the new rom (shipping date is unknown) you have two choices:

  22. call us robotics sportster tech line (long distance) and be on hold
  23.  
  24. call us robotics bbs (708 982 5092) and type spv34 at the main menu
  25. you type you payment information and shipping address 
  26. and the modems serial number max call time on the bbs would probably 
  27. be like 5 minutes.
